As promised, this year’s OktoBEARfest 5K Fun Run & Walk event is more “bearrific” than ever!! Here’s a quick overview of the awesome activities happening at the event:
5K Fun Run at 7:30 am
Kid’s Run at 9:00 am
A water bucket challenge known as the “Alpine Cool Zone” that anyone can try! For a $5 donation, you get three throws to dump a bucket of water on whomever you want! All proceeds benefit the Horizon High School Band. (Presented by Bryan Fifer, agent, State Farm)
Collect stamps from all of the sponsor booths on your official OktoBEARfest passport for your chance to win a prize basket of gift cards and goodies worth over $200! (Provided by our Mama Bear sponsor, Horizon West Happenings) You don’t need to be present to win.
Pinspiration will have some quick and fun crafty creations you can make on the spot.
That Girl in Pink Bakery is bringing back her delicious and one-of-a-kind official OktoBEARfest cookies.
Enjoy a tasty sample of Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream.
Stop by at the Star Struck Fan Events booth to meet Emmy award-winning actor, Eric Martsolf. He’ll be signing autographs and his limited edition teddy bear – only five are left!
